Not A Benefit!

Though this piece highlights the coolness of technology as well as the potential psychological effects on children, I can’t help but think about how traditional work environments will jump on this and present it to employees as a perk. Just like that TV in the break room during March Madness. Give me a break!

How Much Control Do You Have Over The How?

I work in a ROWE, so I have the freedom and control to get my work done AND live my life! My wife does not have such freedom and she shares how she had to work 4 10hr. days to have a summer Friday off! Eeeew.

Stop Wasting People’s Time

Maybe you don’t think you are. Maybe you think you are clearly communicating what it is you need. Maybe you don’t think people “get it.” At the end of the day, you just may be stunting productivity and or annoying people, because you are, indeed, wasting their time.
