Reasons to do something you believe in…
Because someone told you it will never work
Because people laughed at the idea
Because your friends told you
you’re crazy
Because somebody else did it
BECAUSE YOU BELIEVE IN IT!!!

There is a difference between being concerned and being bitter. There is a difference between being self-aware and being self-centered. There is difference between circumstance and ignorance. There is a difference between what you need and what you want. There is a difference between common ground and compromise. There is a difference between being optimistic about the future and holding onto the past. There is a difference between helping and enabling. There is a difference between furthering a people and making a policy. There is a difference between investing and spending. There is a difference between inspiring and inciting. There is a difference between what needs to get done and how to get things done.
Two scenarios
“I do it for a paycheck and the benefits.”
“This is so cool. I get to spend my time doing what makes me happy.”
A few questions
As you all know, I have thoughts. Lots of them. And yes, I like to put them out there for, well, really anybody who cares to read them, think on’em, and respond to them.
Along with my video posts, I plan to put out thoughts, questions, observations, etc in an ongoing series called: TFuse for the Universe. This is my first one.
TFuse for the Universe #1 — Presumed Guilt
Did you ever think about how guilt influences your decisions? If guilt is your only motivation for doing whatever it is you think you have to do…how much do you really care? And if you don’t really care, how sincere will you be about whatever it is you think you should do?
Do things because you are interested in doing them or you love them or you care deeply about them.
If you are an organizational leader, biz owner, manager, or person who makes decisions for people (instead of with them), I want to know if you’re dumb. And I have 3 questions:
1) Do you think having a remote workforce (even if only a %) is more cost effective than maintaining an office building?
2) Do you think morale would be more positive if people were given control and freedom to determine how best to be successful in their career and fulfilled in their life?
3) Do you think the organization would be more relevant (in the industry and socially) if trusting the employees were more important than controlling them.
